In such cases, please send pictures or a video, or schedule an appointment so I can assess the damage and recommend the appropriate next steps. You may need a paint correction pen, which can be provided by the detailer if necessary.

Yes, i certainly do. However some scratches and rock chips could be beyond a simple touch up paint fix. After i have seen the extent of damage i can set expectations on how much of the damage can be corrected. Some times it would be fixed so its not so obvious, sometimes its close to perfect.
For Ceramic Coating and detail & shine i ask deposits for two reasons. As i block entire day or two for your car and no other clients, i like to ensure my calendar has committed appointments. Second reason, depending on your vehicle and coating type you have opted for, gives me time to get the right material to complete the job.
